I needed a copy of a master lock key and this kiosk was able to do so. It sticks a little bit, but works and will most likely loosen up over time. It was very simple to use and delivered to me on time since the specific key wasn’t stocked in the machine. Will definitely use this again over Home Depot if needed.

Keys had to be ordered after kiosk determined that it was a special key that needed to be made by a key smith. Delivery was relatively fast and keys worked flawlessly. Would definitely use them again should the need arise.

I locked myself out of my apartment in Bel Air and called. Someone came to my home in the exact amount of time he said he would - only 25 minutes. The opening of the lock only took 5 minutes max. For that, I am extremely thankful and impressed. The only downside is that it was $160. I have never needed to have this done before so I don't know what to compare it to.

The machine is super easy to use! You insert your original key into the slot, follow the touch screen instructions, then swipe your card to pay! I purchased 2 keys and got a third one free! It all took less than 5 minutes! I recommend to anyone, and will definitely be a repeat customer.
