My truck experienced a ruptured fuel line while traveling down I-5. I initially called another towing company, who after an hour, called and said their driver/tow truck that was in route broke down. I came to find out that this is an excuse used when they decide to take another job OR they simply didn't want the job (after waiting an hour after initial tow was requested).
