I do so love going to this hardware store. Yes, it's a chain, but the staff makes it feel like a local store, and any time I can go here before Home Depot I do (not a knock again Home Depot; this just has a calmer, more collegial feeling). Everyone is incredibly helpful, and my home repairs have gone more smoothly because of their help.

Dave and the cashier's were a big help. They were all very friendly. Dave helped me not only with my walker but also helped me to sit down in a chair, that was available, because I was having so much trouble. The whole store looks really good. The people that work there looked well dressed and, ready for what or who ever comes along. I was really, really impressed. Thank you! 💯🌟🏆🥇🎗️‼️

I can’t speak on behalf of the of all the services that are offered from this company. But in regards to being locked out of your car and needing a replacement key I would highly suggest going another route. Requested a replacement key service & received a call from the technician. The tech maintained a professional manner on the phone but had this miserable demeanor. After the call, I received a call from the main number/customer service & they advised that my tech was here. When checking outside, no one was around. Waited 30 mins and called the customer service line to check on the status and was advised that the technician just arrived and that I’ll receive a call from him. Didn’t receive any call and checked outside - no one was there again. When calling to cancel the request, that advised that yet again, my tech was almost at my house and for me to hold on. But just cancelled outright.
