I used this machine on 11/30/19. First of all 3 keys worked. Each key is $5 a piece to have cut now you get two keys you get one free. That's the saving grace with this is that you get a free key other than that it would be a waste of money but then again when I look behind me to the actual Hardware Key at Lowe's there is no one there to assist the gentleman who is waiting patiently so the convenience of a self cutting machine has its advantages and the keys that you have cut at Lowe's are $5 a piece. It cost with tax just over $16. I think that actually is a bargain. Since when I left minutekey that gentleman was still at the hardware counter waiting. The key cutting time was a minute per key. It was done just as it states minuteKEY. On the machine There's a customer service number that you can call in case there's a problem so unlike the other reviewer you have a problem use that number don't just make a complaint here call them. As you can see by my videos that there's a video showing the process of the key being made I found it very interesting and you can also watch in the bottom as in my videos I show you can watch the key being cut and being selected that is so good I thought. To keep the customer distracted while it is cutting the keys very well-thought-out. Couple years ago I tried the self-service key maker at Walmart and I had the same problem as the other reviewer but unlike that reviewer I called the 800 number that I copied down into my phone before I left the machine just in case there was a problem with the keys and there were and that company refunded me my money. Bottom line is I think this is a very good concept the machine is completely clean no dust or dirt. Well maintained

Easy to use and inexpensive. I like how you can digitally store a copy of the keys you made in case they get lost.
