They advertise that they're available 24hrs and are ready to help in an emergency, yet I called at 1pm and asked if they were able to help me that day in getting a replacement key made (that they actually have on hand) and the answer was No! False advertisement and poor customer service.

After discussing my situation, Allen agreed that due to circumstances, it was not cost effective to bring a locksmith out. He gave me am idea of what would be required to defeat the lock, which I was successful at. Without his direction I would have drilled the wrong place and been in a real pickle. I'd recommend him highly.

I phoned 3 weeks ago and asked for a front door replacement knob. They indicated they would order one - no call back a week later so I called. Yep, it's in stock now and they will install in a "day or two." Three more phone calls from me to them and always excuses and no lock installation. I have had good service in the past from Aladdin but a huge inconvenience (door hasn't opened due to total lock failure for past 5 days) and waste of time this time around.
