We have used this locksmith company for multiple projects over the past few years and always find their team as hardworking and professionals. They don’t simply change the locks, instead, try to remove some to cut down the overall cost. I appreciate their great job!

The attentiveness and politeness of these guys towards their work and their clients make them one of the best locksmiths in town. The services they offer are highly commendable. 5 stars.

I cannot thank the team of Braz Emergency Locksmith enough for the very professional service they provided. The front door would not have opened if the team haven't repaired the jammed locks. Their response was so prompt, did not have to wait long until they got to my house and one of their senior team members kept in touch to let me know they were on their way.

I was having trouble w my security door lock (rental manager hadn't fixed the problem after reporting it). The technician was on time, very professional, and explained how to use the lock. He also informed me if the problem continues how he could easily replace it with another type. Good to know. I feel safer now. Highly recommend Braz Locksmith!

I accidentally locked myself out of my house and I urgently needed to get inside as my daughter was alone in there. I hired these guys for the same. It was quite impressive that they arrived at the location on time. They quickly designed a spare key without damaging the ignition.

TLDR: go to a local keymaker, of which there are several in walking distance of this kiosk Deceptive: Advertises instant key copying, but there are limited options of key types onsite. - Apparently a brass key is considered "premium" (i.e., costing more, and had to be made offsite and mailed, requiring days of waiting). - Getting a key made offsite requires you giving them your shipping address (you're basically asking to get robbed if your data gets leaked since they'll have a copy of your key and address) Expensive: Costs a lot to copy a key Slow: A local keymaker (just google for them), can make keys way faster than this machine

Deceptive and over priced. Although it was convient, this should only be an option when there is no other option. Prices were not posted on the machine or within the transaction. You have to access your phone to find out the prices. Online customer service was automated and did not address my complaints directly. I was sent what seems to be to be the same automated non responsive response twice to different concerns. The one star is for convience. Had I been aware of the prices prior I would have waited to go to a hardware store.

The KeyMe kiosk had saved my life! I accidentally locked myself out that morning and was so frustrated with myself. It was one of the worst ways to start my day, but thankfully, there are plenty of KeyMe kiosks throughout Boston, and this one is conveniently located near the red line! I just hop off Park Street station, walk to the nearest 7/11, and got my keys produced at the kiosk. Such a life saver -- reminding me to not let things like these ruin my day.

KeyMe doesn't work with complex keys

So easy to have a key made and great not to have to find a sales person or wait in line. Will use again whenever I need a new key!
