EXTREMELY (read to find out). The guy had no mask on, did not respond when I tried to ask him about it. I kept my distance and covered my face with my sweater as I am high risk. He attempted to unlock my door for approximately15-20 minutes. After a while he said “I cannot open it I’m going to break the door nob.” He broke my door nob still charged me 130 dollars. I explained that the reason I called them was so that there would not be any damages because if it was to Sam sage anything I could’ve done it my self. After he left I came to check my door frame as he spent about 15-20 minutes doing that and the wooden and middle part was broken as well. Even if I get a new door nob I would need to buy additional supplies to fix the door frame. I called to file a complaint because although he stated that he was going to break the door nob after he saw that he couldn’t unlock the door, he did not advise me ahead of time that he was going to ruin my door frame. The individual who I made the complaint too was super rude and unprofessional. Stating it was my fault because he told me ahead of time that there could be damages. He did not tell me anything because he did not talk to me until after he cause the door frame damages and said that he had to break the door nob. He broke the door nob after he had ruined the door frame. I even had asked him if there’s going to be damages and he said no at first. If it was to break the door nob and frame I could’ve done it my self and save my 130$. THIS IS THE WORSE SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED.I’m not even mad at the worker I’m more upset with how the complaint agent handled this situation. I could’ve not made a big deal if it was agreed to fix my door frame.
