Always fast and accurate key cutting. When there is a issue, they resolve it pretty easily and quickly. I really like the kiosk system.

Copied my house key at a kiosk. Used it on my door and wasn’t smooth entering the lock. Got stuck in the lock and COULD NOT remove the key. Had to disassemble my entire door knob and forced to purchase a brand new lock system for my house. Got refunded the $5 I spent on they key but was out $35 for a new lock. Don’t recommend.

The new keys DON'T work. The return policy is refunds can be issued within 30 days of purchase, but the way to request refund is to send a request to minute key by email. There is no guarantee when a response can be issued. Minute Key claims 100% satisfying service, but for now, it is not even close. Edit: I received the refund, so I gave one additional star for the customer service.

First time user. Worked great. Inserted original key and got 3 standard keys for $8. All worked smoothly with no interference. Will use again. Note: Like with any key duplication, an original lock key with minimal wear produces the best copy key.
