I called them to get pricing for locks, and they charged a little bit higher than their competitors. I ended up buying my Schlage locks from Lowes and had them do the installation. I talked with them over the phone while I was buying the locks to make sure I was getting the right ones. They gave me their honest opinion on colors and finishes. Installation was a breeze and highly recommend if you ever need your locks replaced! Very reasonably priced!
