This was perfect. I was a bit afraid that the keys wouldn't work but they were perfect. It did not take long to get the key made. I was able to save my key to the system by fingerprint in case I ever loose my keys. I got 3 keys for $20 and they were cool looking keys. KeyMe is EPIC and smart tech!

I requested services, and no one showed up! The Representative "Ahmad" lied about money not being taking from card before services was rendered! "Ahmad" gave me an alleged personal phone number that someone else answered and he couldn't be reached! I was told by a representative that my reasoning the locksmith team didn't show up was because of an emergency... I later found out by the alleged supervisor that the key couldn't be made....Ahmad said it could be done: another lie... These guys have poor services and are likely scammers

Locked my keys in the car and didn't realize until after dinner. Gave them a call and despite my lacking directions they pinpointed my location and had someone out there in 20 minutes. The technician's name was Doug and he a super personable friendly guy, but not in a fake way. Had the car unlocked in 5 minutes. Definitely turned the unpleasant situation into a better one. Thanks Doug. Would recommend this company to anyone in need.

2012 VW Jetta - Key wouldn't insert at all due to ignition dust guard locking up.This was a great experience. Initial phone call was handled very courteously by dispatcher and technician called back with follow up within 5 minutes. He quickly realized that he had another technician much closer to me and 2nd follow up call was received wihin 5 minutes also. "Ro" gave me an estimated arrival of 15 to 20 minutes and was right on schedule. He was very honest about the reasoning for the ignition repair and what the eventual repair might cost. But, since it only took 10 minutes he charged me for the $30 svce call and $95 for the repair $125 total. Other estimates I had received BEGAN at $200. Gave me great explanation, great warning signs to look out for and a fridge magnet in case we need them again.

Not sure how these services are priced as this was my first time using a locksmith. Paid $85 to get into my vehicle, worth it for me as they were fast and I needed my vehicle.
