They claim to have emergency service however me and my 4 children ages 2-8 waited 8 hours before ultimately receiving assistance with the Chico police department after they attempted to contact all Chico locksmiths first and wait an hour for a response Thank you Chico PD as it was 40 degrees out! During our 8 hour wait from 7pm until 3am I left several messages one every 30 mins detailed including address and phone number. I also at around 10:30pm emailed them and filled out their contact me form on their site. I think everybody should know this is my first experience with them so I'm sure they are probably great during business hours but certainly crumby after hours. I did receive a half hearted apology that their call forwarding wasn't working but I also called the number it was forwarded to and left a voicemail as well. Then to hear 2 hours after receiving their email, my property management group said Johnny's denied I ever made contact. I am obviously an extremely patient person I'm also very kind and I did not want to leave a sour post to soil this small businesses ratings but I did want consumers to brace and beware as this is the only 24 hr locksmith in Chico area, this is why I extended so much grace and patience and why I definitely am offended by their publicly calling me a liar, very hurtful, I'm disappointed in their behavior. Wish everyone the best though!

In and out in about 10 minutes. At the time i had them make 4 spare keys for 1 car and 1 semi tractor johnny’s was the cheapest in town on 8/17/2020. My car key has a chip in it by the way.
