Have been using them for 10+ years for an Oak Park Business. Over the years they have been able to rekey multiple locks, make keys for an old lock without keys, replace a broken lock and more. They are always nice, professional and do the job right the first time. We always have our extra keys made at their shop, an extra couple of bucks, but so worth knowing they will always work.

Had an alarm installed from another alarm shop and refused to go back due to their poor customer service. I took the van to transponder city where I recently had a remote start done on my wife’s vehicle and had an awesome experience. The guys were extremely busy but still managed to get my van fixed extremely quick and inexpensive. These guys are very honest and great at their craft.

Horrible service my appointment wss a 10am they were super clear that i had to be on time. I arrived at 945am and have been waiting 45 minutes and no one has assisted me. Bad bussiness im extremely disappointed with the service.

Called at 4 pm was told the technician was on the way after 4 hours later and me calling them 10 times they said the technician was caught up in something and couldn't come asked me to reschedule never again. Go to someone else do not waste your time
