Our fully loaded Expedition broke down on a country road outside of Sedalia yesterday. Thankfully, we got to an area with cell service before the car died. AAA dispatched our heroes, In Motion Towing!! They arrived promptly, and were kind, friendly, professional and made sure we all arrived safely back in Kansas City - 110 miles away!!! It was such a breath of fresh air - having someone who takes pride in their work and in taking care of people when they need help! They were very quick getting out to my car after hitting a deer. We did have a small issue with the oil pan hitting the towing extension (accidents happen especially when towing damaged cars so I wasn't angry at all), but they took care of everything and were super professional about it. Nothing but good things to say about these guys!
