This kiosk is a really good idea. Not only did it make a key fast that worked the first time, but they can save the key info so if you lose your key you can have another made. I might get other keys made just to keep the key info on file!

Hiding in the back of Menards it's a little machine to copy keys. This was very helpful. I just needed a spare key to give my roommate. I picked the basic option and it was $2 per key! They were cut while I stood there

When I received the copies in the mail, I compared them to the original. The various teeth in the key seemed to be sharper, more distinct, and when I tested them in the lock, they worked BETTER than my original! They worked smooth in the lock, no binding, no problems.

Great customer service, above and beyond! I tried to track down an obscure $3.99 item and a gentleman named Will was awesome! I visited the store because the website said it was in stock, it was not. I went home and ordered it for pickup at the Crystal Lake store. Will called and said he could get it but I may have to buy a box of 12 and who knows when they arrive, I said OK. The next day, Will called and said the warehouse said they get a request for this part once every 4 years, but they have 10! My original order was $1.49 and he refunded me the $1.49 and he gave me the part number so I could have it shipped to my home. The web site would not let me ship it to my home, or maybe it was me, but Will saw the order designated for Crystal Lake store and called and offered to deliver it if necessary. Awesome Customer Service! The little part is important to me and Will was awesome!

turned me down twice so I drove to woodstock and had the people at all in one repair take care of my broken charging port. Poor customer service, dirty store and rude manager girl telling me I had to buy a whole new phone 🤣🤣🤣 steer clear! their over priced and cant help you.

Because I was lied to. I clearly asked the clerk if I was going to get a Samsung brand battery & he answered yes. After I paid for my repair, he told me they installed a piece of junk Rayovac battery. I was lied to & cheated at the Crystal Lake store.
