I had two keys made at Lowes and neither of the keys work. I am going to contact the company once I locate the emails that I received when I made them and hopefully I get some sort of resolution.

I should have gone to ACE Hardware, they will cut a door key for much less than the $4 Minute Key charged me yesterday. I understand you have to pay for that machine that took someone's job away at Lowe's, but $4!? Then the upselling seemed to never end. Want to buy 2 keys? Buy another and get one free! Want to donate to this charity? Want go give us another dollar and we will plant a tree? I gave this little machine my email so that I could have a receipt, now the junk emails have already started filling my inbox. So here's my advice, if you need a key and you happen to be in Lowe's, then use this robot. Otherwise, visit your local hardware store and get a key cut by a human.

The hours say 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. but in reality it is from 7 in the morning too 8pm. They need to update their hours or they're going to lose business. The hours on your website should be the hours you're open. Management get on this

They made a copy of my 04 Saturn VUE 2.2L and got it out to me in less than 7 days. The key works everytime without any hiccup or catch in the cylinder. 👍 Hell! Yeah! Good looking KeyMe! 👌

Awesome how they store your key so if you loose it.... Just a fingerprint and a email and it's cut.... Awesome concept

I loved the ease of replicating a house key. I haven't had a chance to use the new key; so I cannot verify how well it works. I'm hoping that it does!

Only complaint was tried to get 3 keys made but the third could not be made. Since it was a free key not out any money and the third key was not 100% needed so no major problem. Edited to add: I was issued a partial refund even though the third key should have been a freebie. No complaints about that. I did forget to add I had a second key that I could not have a copy made. It was a padlock key so probably did not have any masters right there to make the key. Lock ended up getting replaced anyways so in a way it worked out that the key could not be made!
