I kept stopping by looking for a deal on a used safe. Didn't jump when I had a chance. So I ponyed up on a Liberty Safe. Price was fair for today's demand. But my review is on there delivery. On time respectful cautious and careful. Couple hard working guys did a great install. In a high rise so lots of hoops to go though. Thanks Guys 5 Stars

Bought a safe, paid in full, however on the day of delivery I was told that the safe was oversold (already sold) and that the sale was over and I could pay more if I'd like to. Update: after the owners reply to this review and my call to Liberty Safes, we spoke on the phone and I learned that the safe was not actually sold (that was a lie), they just wanted more money, the owner said it was because of delivery charge, but my purchase and receipt showed that delivery and installation was included, so the owner lied to Liberty Safes, and they lied to me about the safe being oversold. If you lie to me, I'm done with you, for me and everyone I tell the story to, South Florida Safes can't be trusted.

Looking for professionalism? Look elsewhere. I purchased a Liberty safe from this business in 2017. Now it’s 2021, and I made a reservation to have the same safe moved (a month in advance) from Fort Lauderdale to Miami. Called ALL FLORIDA SAFES at least three different times before my move, and even showed up in person the day before to confirm that everything was good to go. I spoke with TYLER, who told me they would call to confirm the time that same day (sure didn’t). Sure enough, the day of the move, JEREMY calls me to tell me the safe will be picked up by 1pm. By 3pm, I start calling to see what the hold up is. TYLER tells me to call JEREMY. JEREMY tells me to call TYLER. When I finally ask TYLER on why nobody has showed up to move my safe, he says my phone was turned off and they couldn’t reach me. Let me sum it up for you....they overbooked or poorly scheduled their pickups and deliveries, and when in a bind, decided it was the most profesional move to blame the customer. I haven’t been contacted by a manager at this business, but I would much appreciate the opportunity to speak with one.
