I don't normally write reviews but I just had to for Floridian Lock & Key. I live in a house in a college town where people are constantly moving in and out so they can be close to school. My house manager realized that too many people had a key to the front door and we wanted to get a rekey for the front door and a passcode deadbolt as well. We looked online because we wanted to do it by ourselves and couldn't find anything at the price we wanted. We ended up calling Floridian Lock & Key, they sent a tech named Daniel. Daniel was the nicest guy. He gave us an estimate before any work was done which was cheaper for the parts and labor than anything we found online that was comparable. After he finished it looked good and worked like a charm. If we ever need anything done again, we will definitely use Floridian Lock & Key.

I needed locks changed on two doors. I phoned Floridian Lock & Key. They were offering a special discount today & the price was $40.00 less than their competitors. The technician arrived within 20 minutes of my call & performed the work perfectly and provided four new keys & lubed both locks. I have also purchased several items in their retail store, including several remote gate openers. Â The employee was very knowledgeable & helpful. I couldn't be happier

I give Dell Garage Door Repairs5 stars.Two young men came out today to replace the weather seal plus a much needed door lubrication which silenced the very squeaky garage door. They were very efficient, friendly, and professional. Also showed me what to do to change the code. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this company for any garage door issues you may have. Another plus they arrived in the previously arranged time frame.

All I can say about Dell Garage Door Repairs is that they are honest, very Prompt and knowledgeable in garage repairs. I had a spring break on me overnight and called them first thing the next morning and they said they could fit me in by midday and sure enough they called en-route to my house. I would rather do business with a local small business, especially when they're honest and know their craft. They also give lifetime warranty on Spring Repair which nice! I will use them again!
