UPDATE: This company has reached out and provided a partial reimbursement for my bad experience, therefore I am increasing my rating. Sorry to leave a poor review, but I am very frustrated. I had a technician come out today to re-key two locks at my house to find out that my locks apparently could not be re-keyed and had to be replaced entirely. I should have requested a price from him before he replaced the fixtures and I should have stopped him from installing my new smart lock, both of which I could have done on my own. But I had no way of expecting the labor of 30 minutes' work to cost over $250, plus $100 for each doorknob? Lesson learned on my end, I guess.
