These guys are true professionalism at its best! They programmed a new key for me and synced it with the old one at the same time in a matter of seconds! It was the day before Thanksgiving and everyone was trying to close up so they could go home and be with their families, but the guy met us at the door with the device in hand to program the key and went right to work on it. I was prepared to leave the new key, the old spare key, and the car with him so he could work on it without me looking over his shoulder while he worked. He told me that was not necessary, nor a problem, and went to work. In about a minute he was checking both keys and telling me that he was finished and that both keys worked, and I was happily back on the road. A very happy customer.

Unfortunately the locksmith scratched the paint on my 2020 Kia Rio, by the window of driver's door and a long scratch on inside of door frame, both scratches are deep. It was getting dark so I didn't see the damage until the next day. This was my first time having to call a locksmith, I definitely did not expect something like this! So, needless to say, I do not recommend this particular locksmith😞.
