Do not ever Use this machine, it charged me for 2 keys I only got one, after it made the one key it took the money for the second key, then said error something went wrong. When I got home to check the one key that I did get It did not work. no one in the store could help me i am out 12 dollars.

They helped me find the perfect key that works better than the original I was given when I purchased the Bike. They went out of their way to help me find what I needed and it is so very appreciated. I needed a spare key and transponder for my truck. They provided fast, friendly service. Even when there was an issue with the transponder (not their fault, the transponder had a flaw) they made sure the issue was fixed and that I was satisfied.

I thought there was a specific issue with both of my key fobs and turns out it could be something else. He did a quick fix as that's what I wanted for now. If the issue comes up again he'll do more investigating. Walked out just paying for batteries ($15) and only 10 minutes total even after waiting in line. They could have sold me new key fobs costing hundreds of dollars but talked me through possibilities and options. Very professional and hghly recommend!!
