This company accepted a call out from progressive, left me high and dry 2 hours later stranded with a flat. No communication, of course same feedback provided to progressive. Don’t accept the call if you can’t follow through. Terrible!!!

I got a flat tire while working for Uber and their roadside assist sent me to them. App said 80 minute wait. I waited 90 minutes, then called Uber. Uber said they had trouble with directions (they're in E Ridge & I'm on Brainerd Rd?) & it would be 30 more minutes. Then I got a call from Chris Harp who said they'd be here in "18 minutes." Since being patient had cost me almost 2 hours, when 20 minutes passed I called again and they were "out in Ooltewah." I told them I was told 18 minutes just 20 minutes ago, and they rudely said, "oh well I guess I'll just cancel that call then." Now, 40 minutes later, I'm waiting on the new provider for Uber. Total time they wasted before real help was on the way = 2.5 hours.

Eric Hart, the Store Manager, was very busy. However, he treated me as if I was the the only customer. He took care of the other customers as they walked in and as the phone rang; but, I was his focus as the one who was in line first. I was extremely impressed at how he made me feel special all the while making each customer behind me and on the phone feel equally special. Then Eric had my phone battery replaced in an hour even though other customers were coming and going in the store. GREAT JOB Eric!

If you’re needing a phone screen replaced or anything that CPR Phone Repair messed up, ask for Brandon. He saved my life by fixing my phone in an hour! I live 45 minutes from this store and they just gained a customer for life. I will forever come here to get anything I need they sell. It will be worth every penny in gas driving here to get it. The customer service is at par with Chick-fil-A, or maybe even better.
