Great Customer Service!! Called for a re-key and to have the access panel reset. They had someone out within 30 minutes. Wonderful company to work with. I would highly recommend them.

Lost my motorcycle keys. They were able to come to the house re key my bike, and make an extra key all within an hour of me calling! Awesome people and great service!

1st time I used Santee: I was locked out of my home. I called another company and waited 3 hours. When they didn't show, a neighbor called Santee for me. They came when they said they would. I was back in my home within moments. While there, the gentleman also helped me change the codes on some digital locks. 2nd time I used Santee: I had broken locks on an antique desk. The drawers had been locked shut for over 40 years. It took a while, but Santee was able to open the three drawers up for me. While they were here, I mentioned a bike lock that I had not been able to open. The bike lock company was not able to open it (they said it was too high tech). Santee got it open for me in a matter of minutes. I highly recommend this company. They come when they say they will. They are courteous and knowledgeable.
