I had come to the KeyMe kiosk because I had went to a big box improvement store and they told me they couldn't duplicate my key. So when I got to the kiosk, and they said they couldn't manufacture my key at the kiosk but could mail it to me, I was fine with that. They said it would be shipped between 3-5 days but with COVID-19 they said there could be a delay. I received my key in 6 days but that's okay since the big box store told me I couldn't have a key at all! All in all, the entire process was quick and easy. My key worked perfectly as well, no sticking in the lock at all like I've had happen with other duplicated keys I've had made in the past. Whenever I need keys made, the KeyMe kiosk will be the place I'll go!

Nestled in the heart of South Holland, this small hardware store is the perfect place for locals to get all those small diy and garden tools without having to frequent large chain stores like Home Depot Lowes and Menards. I know they saved me a couple of times from having to take a long drive.. So I Support Small Shops ! 🥰 because they are necessary...

BEST SERVICE EVER!!! Willis Security was prompt, friendly, cost conscious, and to say he is knowledgeable would be such an understatement. Did all the work on my front door for a great fee. He explained what he would do, and what he did. He also managed to save the door knob and avoid re-keying. Great people!
