Kiosk was easy to use and it was cheaper then getting one made at the locksmith. However the delivery was late by a week. Overall very happy with the product it worked right out the box.

Wasn't aware that I couldn't get the key at the kiosk and had to wait for it in the mail. It came fairly quickly, but the key cut edge was very sharp and was difficult to get into the lock and turn. Ran the key edges over a wire wheel to smooth them out (like they do at the locksmiths) and they work just fine. Shouldn't have had to do that, though. Most people don't have wire wheels and wouldn't be able to do that.

It may be the type of metal they use for the key, it bends. Had it for a day an I already bent it from unlocking my car.
