Fantastic service. We were locked out and within minutes Ira arrived and did a brilliant job.He spent a good amount of time making sure he opened the lock rather than damaging the door or drilling the lock out. He fixed the lock and tested it out many times to assure that everything was good and explained thoroughly why there were problems. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. These guys are the best at what they do. I tried to have an old key copied and went to multiple locksmiths providing me with many copies all of which didn’t even fit into the lock. Midwood Locksmith not only decoded it correctly but the key now works even better than the original. After my keys accidentally fell into the sewer and with no way to get into my apartment (which has 2 multi-lock deadbolts), I called the guys at Midwood Locksmith. Ira was out on a job, but he let me know he would get someone out to me as fast as possible. I thought it would take forever due to the thunderstorm and heavy rain, but the service technician Michael arrived within 15 minutes. Not only did he unlock my door and get me back in with a relative ease, the price was very fair. I can not express how sincerely thankful I am guys.

Ira was so responsive and helpful when we needed locks fixed after a home invasion.
