We hired Mati to change the locks in our new house about a week after he had come to the aid of my husband, who had locked himself out. Both times we dealt with him, Mati was efficient, professional, and friendly. His rates were very reasonable, and we will hire him again if we ever need a locksmith!

I need to get a car key copied and called Framingham Secure Locksmith. A disinterested woman answered the phone and her demeanor made me think that I had called a wrong number. I persisted, and after some hard work I was able to confirm that I was, in fact, calling Framingham Secure Locksmith and not some random rude woman. When I was finally able to wring it out of her that I was in fact calling Framingham Secure Locksmith and told her what services I was looking for, she told me the locksmith would charge about $20 to come out and a minimum of $95 for the copy (but that it could me more for the copy). When I asked if it was possible to get an exact quote on price prior to the locksmith coming out (and incurring a $20 fee) she hung up.
