Do not use these people they charge double what you pay for a battery and if that’s not the problem tough❗️Who can afford that these days ❗️ The chain is really not a chain from state. Then when you go to pick the phone up they decide to bounce it off the floor. The Clemson store is good for a bounce on the porcelain tile which I am sure that was good for my iPhone 8 that is not yet paid for. They are not an authorized dealer to work on Apple products ❗️ Do not trust these people ❗️
