We had three locks installed yesterday - we provided the hardware and removed the old locks so it took about 45 minutes. We were quoted a $65 call out charge and $65 for every hour but at the end of the service the locksmith said it was actually a completely incorrect quote and we had to pay $290! The service was okay - we actually had them booked for the day before (our moving day) but they said they made an error and scheduled it for the next day (yesterday) instead so I had to take another day off work. Due to this lack of communication and incorrect pricing, we will not be using this service again unfortunately but thought it was important for others to know while researching. Edited: Oscar reached out to my husband (who made the appointment) and explained the situation to him and that the appointment setter had been incorrectly trained but he issued a partial refund - thank you for helping, Oscar!

Came out saw that the door handle was damaged. They ended up driving out to hardware store and pick a new one for me. At no extra charge! Very professional, fast and quality! The staff on the phone was awesome! I couldn’t have received better service and for the price!

This company is wonderful to deal with. THE BEST....I met with Jeffrey and I told him what I was needing to make my business more secure. He came up with a great plan. He designed a safer entry access control. We absolutely loved his ideas. He and Daniel completed the work this week. It’s wonderful. A pleasure having them in my store. Professional and knowledgeable. And new friends...Good people..I plan to use them for some other projects also.. they have an unlimited list of things they can do for your business. .
