My deadbolt lock took its last turn and came apart on my key when I was trying to leave for work. The maintenance guy was able to come by and replace it for me. But of course that means the whole family needs a new key. This is where your machine came into play. I was able to stop into my local store make a few copies and head back home and my key copies worked great. Thank you 😊.

I stopped in to ask about having 4 lock sets rekeyed. I told him I would remove the cylinders and bring them in to be rekeyed. He looked at me as if I was speaking Greek. After a short while of attempting to convince me that I didn't know what I was talking about he realized that wasn't working and gave me a quote on the work. When I asked how long it would take to repin the cylinders and cut a new key, since my home would be unlocked, he said he didn't know since he was the only one in the shop. All in all, his manner towards me as a customer and his attempt to make more out of rekeying 4 cylinders handed to him made it very clear to me that this wasn't the guy to give my money to. He needs to realize that locksmiths are a dime a dozen in Orlando and that he will get nowhere by attempting to play informed customers.
