All of keys have worked flawlessly, unlike with keys from hardware stores. They were out on a particularly old key but ordered it in for us in a few days. Prices are higher than at a hardware store but that is to be expected and worth it for the quality.

Yes Abuchon Hardware is a chain. But the Turners Falls store is managed by Gary a local resident that has worked up the chain of command to become the General manager. He has made the store into a welcoming place and given it a home town feel. His staff are always kind and helpful. Can almost find everything you need when you have an emergency hardware issue on a weekend.
