I own rental properties and have used this kiosk on more than one occasion successfully. The keys I made from the original do not work which is problematic since I gave the tenant the original which is on me for not testing. The maker seems sincere in helping customer with problems. We will see

I went to a minute key kiosk and I had three keys made but unfortunately not one worked when I went to try them on the door. They were great to refund me my money but it’s just a hassle to have to find somewhere else to get more keys copied. Still haven’t had the time to do it yet. Just an inconvenience to have to use one key between me and my bf who are on different schedules because I already took the time out of my busy schedule to get keys made and it didn’t work and then to have to call and get a refund. Still hasn’t shown in my bank account and it’s been 3 days. We shall see....
