This morning, I scheduled a front door lock replacement. They said they could make it by 2:00. When they didn’t arrive, I inquired status. They took an “emergency “ call from an auto parts store. I explained that my situation was an emergency because I can’t lock my front door. Her reply, “sorry, we have to take care of corporate accounts.” No offer to come after hours. Extremely unprofessional and unreliable.

Great service and amazing rates! The only place open on a much needed Saturday. I called at 9am for an appointment needing 3 locks replaced and by 1pm they had come and gone!!! I am so happy with the thorough service I received I definitely will use United Locksmith again!

They have no locksmith license! I asked for their license number they said they don't have one. I said I'm supposed to trust a locksmith who has no license? Call someone with a license these people don't have one.
