Bob and I were on a car cruise with the Lap the Lakes when brakes went out on our first leg of the trip. We were lucky enough to find Jose's shop and he was able to do the repair while we had lunch and get us back on the road to join the cruise. Also gave Bob a chance to take a nap in his hammock while we waited - now that is GREAT customer service. Thank you Jose for the repair and friendly service. Highly recommend Jose's Auto!

Good price for estimate on repairs. Began work on car immediately. Had great communication on diagnosis prior to repairs. Was even sent video verification of findings. I had strut assembly and sway bar links put on and an oil change while i was at it. Very attentive and even stayed at the shop a later so I had time to pick up my car. Work was completed within a day as promised. Jose is great and i will gladly go back when service is needed again!

If you're reading Jose's reviews, trust me when I say that Jose is the most honest, cares about the best interests of his customers and tries to save repair costs for you when he can. It is not that common now a days in any business. You'd be doing yourself a favor bringing your business to Jose. I know I'm his customer for life.
