0 stars don't go there the man who works at the cashier is super rude and arrogant he is always on the phone and never wears the mask and also tells the customers to take the mask off today he followed me down the store and told me why did i come to the store like that wearing a mask and that back then when he sees someone wearing like that he would just shot him .

TLDR: This place is awesome and if they were closer this would be the only place I would shop. My furnace quit working on a sunday, and after calling and finding every local place was closed or didn't have the part I started getting desperate. I live in Ohio so when I called this place I wasn't looking forward to the drive but freezing seemed worse. When I first called they said they didn't have one in stock, but i received a call back several minutes later and an employee went above and beyond to find one in a warranty box and call me back! Knowing that I will probably never be a regular customer and not like it was an expensive part, I was really shocked, these people genuinely care about other people. GO BLUE ;-)

I've had a nice pleasant experience , no problems once or ever with shopping , or even looking around there , love the customer service and environment , cashier would never force a customer to take off mask he is very much aware of rules , awareness, policies, laws , or regulations , many people are indeed in fear of their life or health, no one's safety is not put at risk or jeopardy , when cashier fears or anxious just as much.

I ordered a part online on a Saturday, called to confirm shipping times, and they assured me it would ship the coming Monday. It didn’t ship to Wednesday morning, sort of a big deal when it’s summer and you live in Arizona and your air conditioner is broken!! This was the only computer board HVAC guy and I could find anywhere in the country. Being that it’s 105 degrees I needed a computer board yesterday. I’m a little perturbed that I called to makes sure they could ship it ASAP, because my Dad lives in Michigan and could have driven to pick it up and ship it to me himself so I had other options. This store let me down 1000000 percent. I’m the one sitting in triple digit heat sweating all over myself because of it. I’m not sure this is business understands they need to do what they say they are going to do. It’s a pretty basic premise. They failed miserably!

Marvin was a great help and had immense knowledge about everything that I needed help with. I just bought a house but the house thermostat wasn’t working properly and he helped with every step of the way finding the perfect one for my house and the honey well works perfectly!!!!
