This place is horrible. Customer service (from the driver) was fine if they weren’t talking out of there A$$. Like another review said he told me it would be “like a taxi, not that much” for a tow 1.1 miles 15 minutes overall MAX. When we called back after getting charged he couldn’t come up with any answers and was flip flopping all over the place. 220$ standard rate.... 110$ for a half hour.... there’s WAY BETTER tow places around Hanford so please DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE ANY BUSINESS THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

I thought they charged me too much but they did come quick and towed my car to the auto shop, no problem.

They charged me $265 to tow my truck 8 miles. Ridiculous. Pick another company, as they told me it wouldn’t be much but then hit me with this price once at my destination. If you still want to take a chance, be sure that the give you an exact price for the tow, before they dispatch to your location. Classic bait and switch.
