John was a thorough professional. We needed assistance with a lock on our detached garage late on a Friday afternoon and he quickly fit us in, arriving in short time and taking care of our problem expeditiously. John was friendly and was able to re-do our lock and provide copies of our key very efficiently. He explained the details of what he had to do as well. Would definitely recommend John!

When I first called John he made sure that I knew how much it would cost for him to even come to our area. When he got here and could not get our safe open without drilling and ruining the safe he called the safe company instead of just drilling to be done with it. We got a combination that still didn't work but John didn't give up. I sent him a picture of the serial number and he again called the safe company. They told him if it wasn't the right number this time they could send a small drill bit that would not ruin safe. Luckily we didn't need it. The safe opened. Thanks to John we didnt need to ruin our safe and spend the money on a new one. Thanks John. We will be sure to use you again if needed and refer you to those in need of a locksmith.
