Recently called about getting a new car key. Jim Gomez was so honest about the possibility of my old key working still. He walked me through how to reprogram this key to the car. He discussed the different options with me. Was very nice and professional. I will definitely be using them!

This was an extremely relieving experience! I recently lost my car key and needed someone to replace it for me. The in office team was kind, honest, forthright and helpful (and the owner was a hoot!). They had to program my key before coming, and they walked me through all of the potential issues and risks. They sent me Moe, a kind and professional man who's been with the company for 17 years now and did a quick and thorough job. He, too, was courteous, kind, and forthright. Such nice people- good and honest and accommodating. They allowed me to work from inside while they did my car key programming. They went out of their way to accommodate me. As a new homeowner I didn’t have a locksmith but I’m glad I do now- thank you so much!

Someone answered the phone and was incredibly rude! I thought I found a listening device in my home. I called and asked if they could verify its not part of house alarm equipment and was treated like I was on fbI most wanted list and rudely hung up on! This is a company that advertises hidden surveillance cameras. I will be going to the authorities to find out but thought I would rule out home security first. This guy was a total jerk about it! As a previous customer to this company im offended by how these "professionals" were so unprofessional! Steer clear here unless desperate and even then think twice! The response below is evidence of how they turned a blind eye to a customer with an excess of 10,000 worth if business. So apparently confirming a piece of hardware is from your installation or not implicates you to hang up on me and refer me to police? Very disappointed and upset with your company and I'll make sure social media knows how you support your customers!
