The young man who was in charge, while not rude, was completely devoid of any customer service or communication skills and it seemed he did not want to be bothered with questions such as how to locate the business I recommend Salz Lock and Safe Co. because they were helpful and genuinely very nice people.

Padlock key produced it was sticky, I noticed the divots are not as deep as the original, if I force the key to turn it will turn but it is not as smooth as the original. Maybe the Pearl City Hawaii Walmart machine is worn out or something, I cannot speak for other locations I'm not planning on trying it again

Easy and convenient, would have been 5 stars BUT, the brass key pictured was not the brass key blank the machine used. Don't know if it was a programming issue. There were 2 brass key options pictured, neither looked like the one that was used to make my copy. But the key works good π

Super professional! A great team that is more than prepared to handle your needs. Bruny - is the best!!! Extremely professional. Goes out of the way to make sure the customer is satisfied. Austin - courteous, knowledgeable and super efficient (plus he provides great security tips). Bottom line: Affordable Locksmith and Sons is the only locksmith you should utilize in Oahu!!!

Awesome team! My husband and I were on our way to the movies and locked ourselves out of our apartment along with our car keys π. We called at 5PM They got to our place exactly 45 min as they said. Got the door unlocked by 5:55pm. We paid and headed out to a 6:30PM showing. Excellent service! Highly recommend. Jeremy was great in getting the job done quickly on site.

We scheduled an appointment this week for our business. We were not informed of the $100 charge just to get a service rep out to provide a quote. Upon arrival, the service rep went to work without confirm costs. A simple fix ended up costing us $500. We would never recommend this service. After calling them to try to straighten out the issue, they never returned my call or addressed our concerns. Very disappointed.

These guys are true professionals! My locksmith, Jeremy, was able to come to my home earlier than the dispatcher estimated. He was able to make new keys for my vehicle, despite me having no keys for him to copy from. The process took about an hour, which is not bad considering he had to make a key from scratch! He provided excellent, prompt service, and the keys work!! You can trust them to provide professional service with a true aloha spirit. I can not recommend them enough!
