Very knowledge, helpful, and has all items needed or will come up with a solution to make your problem work; if it's possible. Small business with no run around- beats going to a large store any day.

Heights Hardware is the best. The folks there helped me finesse a storm window fix. They empower everyone to figure it out and as always they have the tools supplies and materials to do the job.❤

Been going for 15+ years. Between their expertise, well stocked store, and their cool history; it's easily one of my favorite things about living in this area. Also, A+ Covid-19 precautions in place.

Great service.

This was easy and very convenient. I am so glad I ran into the pharmacy and saw the machine. I have needed to get a key for a few months but when I remembered I needed a key all the key places were closed. This is so much more convenient and the machine was fast. I will definately use this process again and recommend to my friends.

Maybe it's my problem not pushing the key all the way into the slot of the machine, but the copies I got were not that perfect and they barely opened the door... Still, I appreciate the convenient and fast service. It would be even better if it could cost a bit less

I needed an extra key for a guest on Christmas Day, lucky for me, Rite Aid was open. I went straight to the KeyMe kiosk put in my code and a selected a cool key with a bottle opener on the end and it popped out in a matter of seconds for $7.99 so I couldn't turn down the chance to get another key for half off when the option popped up.

I went to a kiosk to make copies of a key and the machine messed upped, they immediately refunded me and mailed me a copy of the key just the way I wanted it. Great job.
