I will never in my life use any service from this place again. The con artist I witnessed was appalling. They attempted to hustle me out of an additional $100 for no reason, insisted I was wasting their time, and gave me a generic invoice that does not provide the company or technician name.

It was easy and relatively inexpensive -- my one key cost about $6.50. The lady ahead of me said she had trouble understanding the kiosk instructions, but I no problems at all. The kiosk did not have the right kind of blank for me, so KeyMe had to make it in their shop and mail it to me. It arrived about four days later and worked perfectly. I would definitely recommend KeyMe services.

I would give them zero stars for their customer service. After I looked for the location for 10 min. Called to find out it's a mobile locksmith. The rep hung up on me. Suddenly I started getting calls from a 1-800 number asking if I needed locksmith service. Don't call them. Once they have your number you'll get all kinds of calls for locksmith services.

Expensive and showed up an hour after he told be 15-30 minutes but effective and let me in a 1am so I’m not complaining, but they didn’t tell me the price beforehand and he didn’t even pick the lock, he just used an air back - so it feels like I paid for a locksmith and had no locks smithed.
