She made sure she had what I needed in stock and told me the availability and duration of time it would take. I discovered Atlantic Locksmiths when I called East Side Service Center to inquire if they could install a replacement ignition system on my 2002 Honda Civic. The technician said they don' t service Honda's and recommended Atlantic Locksmiths. When I called and spoke to the very pleasant and helpful employee, Cassandra, she also informed me that if I am a AAA member, the cost of replacing the ignition would be reduced by $50 if I contact AAA and have them dispatch their locksmith truck to where my car is located. After following Cassandra's instructions, I received a call back from her and she informed me when to expect the repairman to arrive. I also received a second call from her indicating that the repairman was leaving his last customer and heading to my location. I also received a text message from AAA indicating when the repair truck would arrive. Brian, the repairman arrived on time and informed me the problem was not the ignition; it was a worn-out key. He quickly cut me a new master key using the spare valet key which had barely been used. He programmed the key to work with my vehicle and was done in 15 minutes. I was impressed with Brian' s professionalism and courtesy. After he left, I received a follow-up call from Cassandra. I am extremely impressed with the people who work at Atlantic Locksmiths. I highly recommend them and commend them for their great customer service and quality of work. In addition, their price was very reasonable. Thanks for your wonderful service.
