This was the first time I used the kiosk for a digital key. I needed to send a key from the Seattle area to Maui. The process was cumbersome. The instructions were vague. Both parties have to install their app. I had to install, then uninstall, then reinstall to get my keys to register in my app. The receiving party had trouble getting the kiosk on her end to sync with the app so the actual key would cut. None of the employees at Lowes in Maui knew anything about the process and were of no help. I had to call customer service twice. The customer service reps were very nice and did end up helping us get this done. I guess, in the end, I did accomplish what I needed, but it took almost an hour to get the keys into the hands of my rep on island.

Instructions not very clear. The copied keys were nowhere near the original. You could see that they would not fit and the cuts were not brushed so edges were sharp with leftover material.
