So I wish I could give more then 5 stars...I recently reinstalled my hardback tonneau cover back onto my truck after losing $30k in tools and equipment after having my toolbox broken into and in the process of reinstalling to a few days ago I lost the keys to be able to lock and unlock my cover so I gave Paul a call and described my situation with him and the following day I was able to meet him at his shop and within less then a hr I had a new set of keys made and comfort of knowing I can lock my bed up again........the experience I had with Paul was hands down one of the best I have ever delt with and will be referring him to anybody and everybody that I can 10/10 I will be calling Paul for any and all locksmiths needs I will need in the future!

I was on vacation when our cat sitter accidentally locked themselves out of our house. Called these guys and they were able to come over the following day and pick the lock. It worked! Unfortunately the second part of the process did not go so well. I asked them to permanently disable the lock so it could not happen again. Now, I was not there to see the work, but when we got home and looked at the lock there was a lock pick in the door (this door was in our garage so I am not concerned that someone broke into our house) and the knob was set to permanently locked instead of the unlocked as requested. I called that evening and asked if they could come over and look at it. We agreed to anytime after 130p. No call, no show. I ended up buying a new assembly and installing it myself.
