Truck front tire went flat on the highway, not only was he there fast but he fixed the tire in less than 10minutes. Also battery was dead and he also informed me that he could do jump start service. Great service and even better prices love it, will call and recommend for anyone!!

The location is convenient being in Walmart. There was no wait. Using the machine myself it was quick and easy to do because the instructions were clear. I appreciated the option of getting a free key for purchasing 2 keys. Receiving the receipt by email was a nice touch.

I got locked out of my house and Marcus Hicks was very prompt and left right away to come to my rescue. He was very personable and concerned for my well being. It was going to take him 45 minutes to get here. He called when he was 25 minutes away. Soon after I was able to find another way into my home and even though I offered to pay a service fee he declined and said to have a “better day!” What a breath of fresh air! He wasn’t in it for the money, but because he was trying to truly help. I would recommend this service to ANYONE and especially this gentleman, Marcus Hicks. Chivalry is NOT DEAD!!
