The stars given are for proficiency. The stars NOT given are for too much pride in one's proficiency! 180.00 to open a locked residential front door, did not replace just opened...12 mins on site. Sadly, the circumstances were especially tragic and I was there (from out of town) on behalf of a client who had just lost a loved one. So, clearly took advantage of our tragic and unusual predicament. Shameful. Thus felt compelled to write this review. And then to boot, I had to stop everything and follow Scotty to an ATM machine because she failed to mention she only accepts cash or check. I was frankly shocked that a business charges that amount and then too cheap to pay for credit card transactions. Pricing outrageous for practices so outdated!
