I called before going to make sure they had the correct key for my vehicle. They did have it and at a price way lower than the Ford dealership. Kyle was done within 15 minutes. I would definitely use Key Masters again because of the service and price.

I was at Menard's & they have a key machine that was convienant, fast & the keys work fine. In & out in no time & if you're anything like me that matters.

Their program has a small bug. At the end they offer a second key at half price. I said yes, the program barfed, telling me to call customer service. I did, they said to just do it again and they'd adjust the charge. I did, they did, everyone's happy.
