I called them to see if they could come help me sooner than the company my insurance company found which was a wait of 45 minutes and I basically was given the right act for trying to get help sooner. Even though my insurance company said it was fine just to let them know and I could submit the ticket after. I will not ever call them for help again

Great experience with Anointed. We called late at night and (unlike another supposedly 24hr locksmith we called - that went to an automated voicemail), Tim answered the phone personally. He showed up as promised and was able to quickly open the locked door. In addition his rates are reasonable.
