I called to ask about a key for my car and the guy hung up in my face. When I tried to call back, he wouldn’t even answer the phone.

If I can give zero stars I would. I called twice for them to hang up in my face twice. I told them I understand they don’t service my area after I was hung up on the first time but they are extremely rude. I could not get my next word out before being hung up again. They need to be more professional and not advertise things they’re not willing to help with.
