We have had several bad experiences with locksmiths, but julian was great. Quick replies by text, came within an hour and a half at night for an emergency, did the work quickly and for a reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend him and use him again.

I messaged Grandbend Innovate Locksmith Lake Mary over this last weekend for a quote on a new deadlock for my apartment door and provided details about the job. The responses were extremely quick - very helpful as well. No issues with scheduling at all.

Dean arrived promptly and was very friendly. It was a little bit of a rough job because he had to drill into concrete to finish the installation, but he was fantastic. In and out in under 45 minutes, and the lock is great.

I found they via Google and I figured the multiple five-star reviews had to be accurate (which was certainly the case). Both of our locks needed some work, and we were in contact with hershel several times while deciding on various options. hershel is super-friendly, and he arrived very promptly on both occasions (he had to check out the problem initially). He's also very accommodating in terms of a timeframe for appointments.
