My wife’s iPhone battery kept depleting quickly. We stopped in to get an estimate, it was very reasonably priced and they had it on hand. We left the phone with them went shopping and picked up some take-out. We then picked up the phone on the way home. It works great now. Excellent service. Respectful and friendly employees.

Quick, simple easy order online; before order online I called and talked to a very pleasant, helpful employee. Order was for my son, so I was concerned my buying online for someone else would be an issue, but it wasn't. The batteries were installed, his truck runs great.

The associate who helped me today was wonderful! He was the only one in the store and knew exactly how to help me. I brought in a bulb from my ceiling fan to have matched since I did not know the size. He took me straight to it and offered me a wonderful Duracell bulb. We talked a little about the weather and apartments. He made me feel at home and happy to be a customer with him.

After reading the reviews I drove from Auburn to get my phone fixed here on Sunday morning. I waited 40 minutes with the sales associate but by 9:40 the key holder hadn't shown up so I drove across the parking lot and went to Gadget Genie. I watched 5 other customers do the same thing. Franchisee you list a lot of business today.
